Well, where to start?

First I better warn you, my life isn't as half exciting as yours! And I want to apologize for my rather limited English, but my Russian is even limited more, you can believe me! ;-)

So, what has happened yesterday and today? I woke up later the day as usual ( ;-) ). And I was remembering our last chat and recognized, that it was really true, what sad you have said me. So, I became immediately sad again... And I think, I am allowed to be sad, because this will be a big tragedy for me. Well, nevertheless, I hope, we will stay in contact, although I have my fears and worries about this :'-(

At the afternoon I watched on TV the press-conference on the capture of Saddam Hussein live from Baghdad. "We got him" :-/ the typical American "understatement". But anyway good news, although it doesn't change anything in my opinion of this injust and unnecessary war, the many casualties of innocent lives, both Iraqi and American.

At midnight I watched a real good movie - "The Portrait of a Lady" by Jane Campion with Nicole Kidman and John Malkovich. A young American woman in England of the 19th century refuses the true loves of several men, because she wants to stay independent. In Rome she meets a man and thinks, he loves her and she marries him, dont knowing, that he only wants her status, her money. So, she lives in a very unhappy marriage. Great actors! A movie worth seeing it!

Today nothing spectacular! Was at the post-office ;-) ...reached to become a member of this website, again tried to read your diary and typing these notes...

Well, that's it! Not bad for the beginning, right? ;-)
